Greetings all. Sir Craftalot here.
On last Friday, May 2, I finally unpacked my Cricut Expression and actually video recorded myself doing it, attempting to add humor along the way. Once I figure out how to best edit the video, I’ll add it to this blog. Keep checking back.
I tried the Expression and enjoyed it. I can see myself getting a lot of use from it, especially as a school teacher. If I learn of any tips, I’ll definitely share them all with you.
Until next time, faithful crafter!
S.C.
Edit: Okay… I FINALLY got the video working. Phew! I still have much learning to do in this arena!
Hope this comes out okay!

How cool! I would have had that thing ripped open and running within 5 minutes. Not really, but I was that excited when I got mine. You are so patient!

Great job Ted! I loved the ‘filing’ of the instruction manual! Although, the walk-of-shame to retrieve it was absolutely hilarious!! Love to hear a board member’s actual voice on a video after reading all yoru posts. Would love for you to peek your face on camera in the next Expression edition!!
Great job!

Loved your video, Ted. Even tho we couldn’t see your face, I could visualize you walking “sheepishly” to retrieve the manual. I was ROTFLMBO several times. TFS!!

Ted thanks for that tutorial. I just got my expression and when I saw you unpack the housing blade I panicked thinking I didn’t get one….but it was on my table along with the cord. Thanks for showing me how to put it together…and I loved the whole MAN thing about not needing instructions! LOL
